A Confirmation Email. We’ll send you one once your order has been placed and we’re working to process it.
A Shipping Confirmation Email. You’ll get this once your order has departed the warehouse. It’ll provide a link to tracking details. If you do not receive this email, be sure to check your spam folder. If your tracking number says that it was delivered, we’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either about to be delivered, or it is already in the building or with a neighbor. You can also find your tracking number by referencing the View Order link in your email or on your account dashboard if you created an account. If you can’t locate your order, contact us at customercare@oneaday.com and we’ll take care of you.
